RE-ELECT WIN FRAZIER TO BELLAIRE CITY COUNCIL
UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
CITY ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

DEAR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS,
As I embark on my re-election campaign, I want to take a moment to reach out to you—our wonderful community. Serving as your City Council Representative and Mayor Pro Tempore has been a truly rewarding experience, deeply enriched by the strong connections I've built with all of you. For over 34 years, my wife Johnnie and I have made Bellaire our home, participating in the very traditions that define our unique small-town charm. We raised our 2 children here and have been active in our schools and community organizations. I cherish our strong sense of togetherness, our community spirit, and the safety provided by our dedicated first responders.
The dedication and collaborative efforts of our council and city staff have been instrumental in driving significant achievements within a remarkably short timeframe. These accomplishments not only highlight the diligent work of our council but are a testament to the incredible spirit of our engaged citizens and the unwavering commitment of our city staff. Together, we have shown that through communication, mutual respect, and tireless dedication, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation. As we celebrate these victories, let us remember that they signify not an endpoint but a foundation upon which to build even greater progress going forward.
My commitment remains steadfast: to prioritize your family’s well-being, ensure security within our community, enhance our quality of life, and improve communications between citizens and council for better collaboration. Serving this community is an honor I hold dearly, and I hope to earn your support once again. Thank you for being part of this journey with me as we strive to preserve what makes Bellaire exceptional while working towards an even brighter future for all.
Most Sincerely,
Win Frazier
VISION &
PRIORITIES
The allure of Bellaire, often celebrated as the "City of Homes," lies in its unique character – a blend of small-town charm and urban accessibility. However, preserving this identity must not come at the expense of the well-being and quality of life of its residents. A commitment to balancing the needs and services for those who live here with maintaining the essence of what makes Bellaire special is essential for its continued prosperity. Effective communication between the City Council and its constituents is paramount. I will continue to prioritize citizen engagement and foster collaborative solutions that are both innovative and fiscally responsible. My commitment to balancing progress with preservation, coupled with transparent communication will help to ensure that Bellaire remains a vibrant and thriving community for generations to come.
